I’ve been a process engineer, web developer, and ESL teacher, and now I am a designer of human experiences.
I bring analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and enthusiasm for doing my best to help people to UX design.
I’m all about working together to solve the right problems the right way.

✦ I specialize in bringing a strategic mindset to every aspect of design: vision creation, discovery, interaction design, AI design, information architecture, and user research.
✦ I’ve led design of AI-powered customer experiences and enterprise frameworks for internal teams, collaborating across organizations to shape roadmaps and build scalable, user-centered solutions that deliver results.
✦ I feel energized by a shared purpose and tackle challenges like puzzles: gathering, creating and refining until the pieces fit. And if they don't, I’m not afraid to take things apart and try again.
✦ I’m drawn to understanding the unfamiliar, and remain calm under pressure. I can adapt quickly to changing circumstances by focusing on the bigger picture and approaching every interaction with empathy.

What grounds me
I took my first plane trip when I was 3 years old and have loved traveling ever since. I’ve visited over 25 countries, lived on three continents, and I’m deeply grateful for this privilege. Wherever I go, I hold my roots close while letting new experiences shape and evolve me.
I love reflecting on the world around me and within me, and I’m fascinated by people’s stories. Some of my favorite pastimes include urban walks and nature hikes, practicing yoga, and listening to podcasts or audiobooks. I also enjoy puzzles of all kinds, experimenting with recipes, and finding new ways to organize things in my home (much to my family’s amusement).
Also, I've been told I'm a good listener, so I'm always to meet for coffee and chat!
