I’ve been a successful process engineer, web developer, and ESL teacher in the past and I bring my analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and enthusiasm for helping people to UX design!

✦ I specialize in interaction design, AI product design, information architecture, and user research, as well as a strategic mindset that connects user needs to business goals.
✦ I’ve led design for AI-powered customer-facing support experiences and designed enterprise frameworks for internal sales teams, shaping roadmaps and collaborating with product, engineering, and research to build scalable, user-centered solutions.
✦ I feel energized by a shared purpose, and approach people with empathy and tackle challenges like puzzles: gathering, organizing, creating and continuously refining until the pieces fit. And if they don't, I’m not afraid to take things apart and try again.

What grounds me
I took my first plane trip when I was a year old, and since then I've traveled to 25+ countries and lived on 3 continents. I love discovering new places and I'm deeply grateful for this privilege. Wherever I go, I hold my roots close while allowing my experiences to shape and evolve me.
I love reflecting on the world around me and within me. You’ll often find me on long walks or hikes, practicing yoga, listening to podcasts and audiobooks, experimenting with recipes, or reorganizing spaces to my heart’s content.
I've been told I'm a good listener, and whether it's over a cappuccino at a cafe or a pot of home-brewed tea, I'm always up to meet and chat!
